This program covers the emotional, spiritual, hormonal, and scientific side of nutrition so you can truly thrive. It has been designed for women who have tried it all, who are sick of diets and truly want to get healthy and learn about good nutrition and what works best for them.
This is a 12-week self-paced program with over 20 lessons, a workbook, access to our on-line recipe hub and access to Jessica Lowe in the private on-line group for Q&A.
