My name is Jessica Lowe, owner of Happy Healthy Nutrition and creator of the Happy Healthy Nutrition Club.
People know me as the ‘The Mindful Nutritionist’ and that is because my approach is a little different to your average Nutritionist. I have over 8 years experience helping woman feel amazing with the power of food. My mission is to help woman find a healthy balance that works for them and is easy to sustain.
I have a very holistic approach when it comes to helping people achieve their goals and as a mum of two and a business owner I understand overwhelm. This is why when it comes to nutrition, I like to keep it simple and that is exactly why I invented the Happy Healthy Nutrition Club.
From working with hundreds of people one to one over the years, I know that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to food and the human body, and that it was more about the complex relationship people have with food and themselves. I also realise that what works for “Joe” won’t work for “Jody” and this is also where the science of my Nutrition Club Macro Meal Concepts come in.
My experience has led me to combine nutrition science (macros) with studying NLP [Neuro-Linguistic Programming] (mindset) so I can assist my 1:1 coaching clients with any pre-conditioning that they might have about food and themselves to find ways that they can change their eating habits for the better.
