Jessica Lowe the Mindful Nutritionist is the Director of Happy Healthy, Creator of the Happy Healthy Nutrition Club and the Head Coach at Jessica Lowe Coaching. She is a Fitness Nutritionist and NLP Coach and is super passionate about helping people find balance to achieve optimal health, happiness, and self-love!

Jessica has over five years industry experience and since completing her Fitness and Nutrition Studies in 2016, she has done many other short courses based around gut health, stress and hormones and in 2020 also became a qualified NLP practitioner to help her clients make lasting change. Knowing that when it comes to making change that our minds can be our biggest barrier, she offers both nutrition and mindset coaching with her mindful and caring approach. With time Jessica’s coaching style has developed into a deep love for coaching woman focusing on their relationship with food and overcoming common health issues like PCOS, infertility and eating disorders. Jess knows that everything starts with education and an improved mindset, and she finds it easy to help woman by simply sharing her own story, passion for nutrition and healthy cooking.

Most of the areas Jessica Coaches on are areas she herself has had personal experience with. In fact, the reason Jessica became a Nutritionist is due to her own personal journey and recovery from burn out and mental health issues following a divorce and intense corporate career in her late 20’s. Now being a mum, while juggling small business she also has recently faced pregnancy loss and faces the journey of healing while trying for a second baby in her mid to late 30’s.

Spending her 20’s enjoying food, travel and exercise Jessica also started to realize that no amount of training in a gym could balance out all of the food she was consuming, and sometimes not making the best choices, this is when she became obsessed with Nutrition. By the age of 30, after many healthy lifestyle changes, feeling amazing she decided to quit her corporate career and started studying fitness & nutrition to help others. In late 2015 she started her own company called Happy Healthy, which at the time specialised in healthy catering, sold healthy raw treats, nutrition coaching and meal plans. She also worked as a PT in 2016 while she finished her Nutrition diploma. Then in 2017 when she became a mum, she realised she only had time for her main passion and passion being nutrition coaching. The raw treats and catering are a thing of the past but recipe development and nutrition coaching will always be at the core of what Jessica offers.

Jessica believes that good nutrition is about going back to the basics, by eating wholefoods, protein with every meal, drinking plenty of water, and a wide variety of vegetables. It is about focusing on eating better rather than less so you can truly thrive! Jessica believes that the key to eating a balanced diet is self-respect and letting go of the diet rules you may have grown up with. Jessica is all about enjoying delicious food every day without deprivation.

With her 5-6 years’ experience coaching nutrition she has realized a lot of people struggle with the mindset side of eating and that is why she now offers both NLP & Nutrition Coaching, as well as mentoring and Life Coaching, because it about making lasting change!
